My thoughts:

IT FINALLY HAS A COVER! I’ve been waiting for this to come because I’ve already read all of her series except for The Assassin’s Blade. I’m so excited for May to come. I love A Court of Thorns and Roses so much and this cover just gives me the feels again. Feyre is such a strong character and I can’t wait to read it. For me, the cover of the first book is better than this one. Feyre looks like a strong character on the first book, but I love how both covers match perfectly.

About the author:

sarah j maas

Sarah J. Maas is the New York Times and USA Today bestselling author of the Throne of Glass series (Queen of Shadows, Book 4, will be out in September 2015), as well as the A Court of Thorns and Roses series (out 5/5/15).

Sarah lives in Bucks County, PA, and over the years, she has developed an unhealthy appreciation for Disney movies and bad pop music. She adores fairy tales and ballet, drinks too much tea, and watches an ungodly amount of TV. When she’s not busy writing, she can be found exploring the historic and beautiful Pennsylvania countryside with her husband and canine companion

  1. I have mixed feelings with the cover, yes it’s pretty but at the same time it’s not ;A; I don’t know how to explain this, like I was expecting something else 😮

  2. Granted, I like the cover of ACOTAR, I’m kind of disappointed that A Court of Mist and Fury has an almost same type of cover.

      1. Well, yeah but maybe they could have changed up the inscribing of smaller words inside a letter of the bigger ones? I don’t know.. I’m just not satisfied.

  3. Apparently, before now I didn’t really look at the cover. I just now realized that the tattoo Rhys gave to Feyre is there (which, not gonna lie, I forgot about). That ups the coolness factor since I was underwhelmed by the cover. May seriously cannot get here fast enough!
