Books I Badly Want To Buy This February

So this is a monthly thing now. I have failed to buy books released last month, but I did publish a post all about it. Blame the book store. I blame all my local book stores for not having Truthwitch and Passenger yet, but I hope that they have it now. My anticipation of those books is slowly degrading, and it makes me sad.

Hopefully, this February I’ll be able to buy books I really want to acquire. Here’s to me and my luck. As you will see, I’ve only included 3 books below and 3 unsure books that will be bought by myself this month. Most probably, I’ll fail again to do so.

  1. Glass Sword by Victoria Aveyard

I admit, I already have read this book and wasn’t completely blown away. Personally, I like the first book better, but this one has just elements of inconsistency that drives me mad. I’m only going to buy this because Victoria Aveyard is coming for a book signing event. I’m stoked!

2. The Girl From Everywhere by Heidi Heilig

I have no idea what this book is all about, but all I know that it’s getting the hype and the author herself is a total sweetheart. I’m so excited to know and read this book. If you have read this already, tell me your thoughts.

3. Morning Star by Pierce Brown

Like I’ve said before, I badly want to buy this trilogy. Badly, but it is surprisingly expensive. Since everyone is raving about this series too, I’ll try to buy this series too. This one is the last book already to the trilogy, and I will try to read it. Don’t worry, guys. Well, if you want to donate me some books, I’ll be glad. Kidding!

Other novels that I may pick up this month or soon:

What are you planning to buy this February? Comment below and let’s talk about it.

      1. I can’t wait to read Glass Sword! Riders by Veronica Rossi is also being released this month, and it sounds really, really good. 😀

  1. I want to read the girl from everywhere. Pirate ships and time travel? Sign me up. Where did you find out about this one?

  2. Wellllll I don’t even know what I’m going to buy. I am exceptionally spontaneous when buying books and it could be anything from a book sale, to accidentally (read conveniently) walking into a bookstore and getting something that strikes my fancy.

      1. I might actually try and get Brandon Sanderson’s The Mist series again. My book store couldn’t source any the last time I checked. Then again every book I’ve read so far has turned out to be a series so I might look into a stand alone. Get that immediate satisfaction without wondering what the next book will hold.

  3. Yes, you simply must read the Red Rising trilogy. It’s all sorts of brutal and emotional and with the third book coming out now is the perfect opportunity to binge read. 😉

  4. I love Red Rising, but am nervous to start the second one… Not sure what that says about it. Also, if I haven’t warned you, it has a slow start, but it does speed up a fifth of the way in!

I’m looking forward to reading Red Queen this year. Happy you liked it and woohoo about getting the second in the series signed!

  5. I’ve pre-ordered The Girl from Everywhere and StarFlight, but to make up for my spendthrift ways, I’m not planning to buy anything in March… We’ll see how long my convictions last, lol. xx

  6. I really want to get Glass Sword! I really hope it’s worth it though. I’ve read a lot of “meh” and “bleh” reviews for Glass Sword so I’m really unsure now!
